Shipping
Calibr Bio Labs fulfills U.S. orders from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Orders enter fulfillment after payment has been received and matched to the order.
Available carrier services, shipping charges, and carrier-provided delivery estimates are displayed during checkout. Standard shipping is free on orders with a subtotal of $200 or more.
Tracking information is sent to the checkout email after a shipping label is created for the order. Delivery estimates are measured after fulfillment and are provided by the selected carrier.
Returns
Research materials require controlled handling and an intact chain of custody. After an order leaves our facility, we cannot verify how it was handled or stored. Shipped products therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or placed back into inventory, regardless of whether the package has been opened.
Cancellations before shipment
A cancellation or refund request may be considered only if it reaches us before the order has been processed for shipment. Contact support@calibrbiolabs.com immediately and include the order number. We cannot cancel or refund an order that has already been processed, shipped, or entered carrier transit.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If an order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item because of a carrier or fulfillment error, submit a claim within 48 hours of the carrier-recorded delivery time. This limited claim process does not permit returns or refunds for other reasons.
A claim must include:
- The order number
- A detailed description of the problem
- Clear photographs showing the package, product, and issue
Send the claim to support@calibrbiolabs.com. Claims submitted after 48 hours, claims unrelated to a carrier or fulfillment error, and items opened or used after delivery are not eligible for this exception. Do not mail any product back to Calibr Bio Labs.

Please review the product, vial strength, quantity, email address, and shipping address carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping & Returns Policy.
