Where is Calibr Bio Labs based?
Calibr Bio Labs is based in the United States. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our local warehouse in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
How does customer support work?
When you contact Calibr Bio Labs, a live person will answer. We do not use customer-service bots or ticket queues as the primary support experience. Our goal is direct, personal support from a member of our team.
How quickly are orders shipped?
Orders are fulfilled from our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania warehouse. We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, and tracking is provided once an order is on its way.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final once an order has shipped, and product returns are not accepted. Cancellation requests may be considered before shipment. Damaged or incorrect shipment claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Are Calibr Bio Labs products independently tested?
Calibr Bio Labs prioritizes independent, third-party analytical testing and lot-specific documentation. When documentation is available for a product or lot, it can be accessed through our COA library.
Where will COAs appear?
When genuine batch documentation is available, certificates will be linked from the product record and searchable in the COA library by lot or batch identifier.
Where can I find testing documentation?
Available analytical documentation is organized in our COA library so researchers can review documentation associated with applicable products and lots.
What quality standards does Calibr Bio Labs use?
We focus on lot-specific documentation, independent analytical testing when available, and transparent product records. Purity and analytical results are published only when they are supported by genuine documentation for the applicable product or lot.
Do you publish placeholder purity results?
No. Analytical results, laboratory names, lot numbers, and testing dates should only appear when supported by genuine documentation.
